Our Starrett RGDC 6440 Coordinate Measuring Machine is powered by the Starrett Apogee program. This powerful CAD-based software gives us the ability to utilize existing graphical data to inspect complex entities such as contours and surfaces. We also use it to scan and digitize existing tooling, giving us the ability to design and rework tools which require a high degree of precision. We use the CAD/CAM program Mastercam for tool design and programming. We have three full seats of the latest version of Mastercam Mill Level 3. All of our programs, geometry, and customer datasets are stored on an central server with encryption, and backed up on a daily basis. We design and manufacture all of our own tooling.
